m99 Terms & Conditions

1 General Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between players who use the m99 platform ("Platform" or "Service") and m99 ("we" or "us").

By registering, accessing, or performing any activity on the platform, the player is considered to have fully agreed to comply with all terms in this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, you may not use the platform.

All games, bonuses, and services on the platform are available to players only when the conditions set out in this agreement are met. m99 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time with prior notice.

2 Account Opening and Registration

To open an account at m99, players must fill in the required personal information accurately, completely, and with up-to-date details.

2.1 Individual Account Policy

• Each player may only hold one active account at m99 at any one time.
• If multiple accounts are found using the same IP address or the same payment method, m99 reserves the right to close those accounts.
• Any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Responsibility for Accurate Information

Players are responsible for ensuring that the name, date of birth, and payment details entered in their account are correct. If incorrect information is found, m99 may suspend or block withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. If unauthorized access or a security breach is suspected, [email protected] must be notified immediately.

3 Age Restriction and Location Restrictions

Players are responsible for checking whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their location. If a player accesses and plays from a location where it is illegal to do so, that player bears full responsibility, and m99 accepts no liability in this regard.

Before processing a withdrawal, m99 may request the player's identity documents (NRC card and other required proof). This is a security and anti-money-laundering measure.

4.4 Currency Policy

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks) only. Any differences arising from currency exchange rates are the player's responsibility.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

m99's welcome bonus is 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, players must wager 20 times the bonus amount. If the bonus is 40,000 Ks, a total of 800,000 Ks must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings derived from the bonus will be void.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player.
• Promotions may not be stacked by multiple players from the same household or family.
• Bonus eligibility and wagering requirement periods may be time-limited — those limits are stated in each individual promotion announcement.
• m99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion with prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Available Games

On the m99 platform, you can play slots, live casino (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger), football betting, and a variety of other games. Please read the rules for each game before you start playing.

6.2 Fair Play

All games on the platform use SSL encryption and RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to produce fair results. No player can predict the outcome of any game in advance.

6.3 Technical Errors

m99 reserves the right to void any result or amount arising from a technical error. In such cases, any losses suffered by the player will be refunded, but winnings that clearly exceed what would normally be expected due to the error will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Creating an account using false personal information
• Using bots (automated playing software) or computer-assisted software to make gaming decisions
• Deliberately attempting to exploit bonuses for profit ("Bonus Abuse")
• Attempting to conduct money laundering (Money Laundering)
• Providing a service where someone plays on behalf of another person from a different location ("Proxy Gambling")
• Attempting to access the platform's servers or services without authorisation
• Attempting to harm the platform using unauthorised methods (hacking, DDoS, malware)
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players

If any of the above actions are found to have been committed, m99 may immediately close the player's account, seize any funds involved, and take legal action where necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 m99's Right to Close Accounts

m99 may close a player's account, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that this agreement has been violated.

8.2 Player-Requested Closure

If a player wishes to close their own account, they may contact [email protected]. Self-exclusion options are available under the Responsible Gaming programme — please read the Responsible Gaming policy.

8.3 Refund of Remaining Balance

Upon account closure, the player will receive their remaining balance only after successfully completing the required withdrawal verification checks. m99 reserves the right to delay any refund while an investigation into a breach of this agreement is ongoing.

9 Personal Data and Security

m99 does not sell players' personal data to third parties — except where required by law.

10 Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

10.1 Service Warranty

m99 provides the platform on an as-is basis and is not responsible for losses experienced by individual players due to server errors, network interruptions, or external events.

10.2 Gaming Losses

If a player incurs losses in any game, those losses result from the player's own decisions and m99 bears no responsibility. Players must verify for themselves whether using this platform complies with the laws of their own territory.

11 Changes to Terms

m99 may amend this agreement at any time. Updated terms will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the date of announcement.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.
